Slowness of "contouring"

I am coming to you in the hope that you can help me in solving a problem on Solidworks.
When you hover over a room, a plan or a sketch, the contours of the latter are redrawn before you can interact. Usually, this operation is done in almost no time. In my case, I have to wait several seconds before this task is accomplished (see attached video). Once done and before a new hover, I have no performance problem
I'm working on a surface pro 5 Intel Core i7-7600 CPU 2.5Ghz and 8GB of RAM. I previously had a surface pro 3 i5 4GB of RAM and I didn't have any problems. In addition, the processor is not used at more than 30%.

Thanking you in advance for the help you could give me,

It seems to be a graphical problem.

Hello

Unfortunately neither the pro surfaces, nor my graphics card (Intel(R) Iris(R) Plus Graphics 640) are not listed on the list.

After a little research I discovered that some people add a key to their registry to make it compatible, which I did (see PC) and miraculously, my problem doesn't appear anymore! Then big disappointment, creating or modifying a sketch or a function makes SW spit out...

it seems cooked...
