I use Solidworks every day for work in version 2015 sp1.1, and for the past few weeks, solidworks has been very slow. I haven't changed anything about the settings configuration. The computer is an HP Z420 Workstation. I cleared the computer's cache several times, but nothing changes.
Maybe a Windows update that would impact the performance of Solidworks. I don't know if other users have this problem.

To start with, we have to move on to the SP5 which fixes a lot of problems on the legendary version of SW 2015 which is not the best vintage. If you are still under maintenance, switch to a better version (2016 or 2017).
Are all the files you work with local or on the network? because the time of access to the file (default template library configuration and there are still many) is very important in solidworks
I think that the slowness comes from this, looking at the resource monitors, the network was saturated by the software for managing the surveillance cameras of the premises!
