Our licenses ended on 01/2015 and 02/2015
2 Sld2015 licenses stopped maintenance to the PC version SP0.0 and SP4.0 (not W10 compatible) can migrate to the SP5.0 (W10 compatible) of the same year?
We did not receive the DVDs of the latest update by Avenao when the maintenance ended. What do we have the right to recover? What is the last PAck Service that we are entitled to with the end of maintenance dates (cmt know?)

The last version you would be entitled to is the SP4.

How do you know? Ask yourself! well just call AVENAO.
But @ac cobra (whom I salute) gives you what is going to happen to you.
It has been a very long time since Avenao and other suppliers have given CDs of the versions.
That's why it's up to you to save the download before installation for any future issues.
This is necessary because it is a safe bet that your old provider no longer has the 2015 SP4 version. But it doesn't hurt to ask him.

Here is in summary:
- The Portal therefore does not have to access the download
- The reseller's technical service sends you an FTP connection procedure to access the latest version you are entitled to.
