Hello

I would like to create an annotation on my drawing to indicate the quantity of a part from the "list of welded parts". I know the technique $PRPWLD".... "however I can't  find the .".. " which refer to quantity. I tried "Quantity", "Quantity", but nothing works...

Any idea?

Hello

You need to create the custom properties as shown in this image:

Otherwise, you can create a note (or annotation) directly related to the properties of the welded parts, see this image:

Hello

Where is your quantity information at the base?

I obviously filled in my properties, however the "Value/Expression of text" which relates to quantity does not exist, and if I write the quantity myself it loses all its interest... (because the value will be constant). I see in this box that there is a "code" to report the property in question. e.g. "SW-Mass@@@Article-parts-list-soudées2@***. SLDPRT" for example for the ground. Is there the same for the quantity?

As for the direct annotation, the desired box is grayed out. What for?

Yes I just understood,

Basically, you want to display on a note the quantity indicated in the BOM

Hi @Bart

In principle, it is automatic. Because when I create a table of welded parts, the quantity is counted...

EDIT exact!!

Yes, I understood correctly, I'm looking at where to find this value...

On the other hand, a little idea, if you replace your note with a table of nomenclature, but with a single column and a single line (the quality column with the line of the part concerned)

Won't it be okay?

@Bart

^^ obviously if I was asked for the table I would make it!!

I put @Pl's answer on hold. His technique seems to me to be the right one, however I just need some data to fill...

Hello

To go in Bart's direction, a nomenclature bubble with the quantity next to it (box to hide optionally in the bubbles).

Edit: otherwise Lucas' solution works well in SW 2015

I don't see where to find the personal property of quantity but hey...

If Lucas has found a way to find a way, I'd like to have a concrete example =)

I think the solution by transforming a nomenclature into annotations seems correct to me.

@bart directly in the annotation, linked property and welded parts list the quantity is available in any case in SW2015

@coyote

This is indeed what @Pl proposed, however on my side the box is greyed out.... Anyone know why?

Re

Are you clinging to the right room?

Is it directly a plan from the mechanically welded or from an assembly including the mechanically welded?

Ok, well for the grey box I got away with it^^

However, it didn't solve my first problem. code to report the Quantity property in custom properties.

Brief...

edit :@coyote

My annotation was related to the view and not to the room..... Well done!

But why do you want more property?

Annotation or bubbling is not enough?

@+

@coyote .....

Simply a question of "personal" layout. A table of welded parts would be more than enough..... as well as a bubble.... or even the quantity written in hand......

Brief. I'll do without, there's no problem:)

Thank you for your help gentlemen, have a good day.
