If the points have been made with different functions but all in the same sketch, the easiest way is to click on a first point with the mouse, then use the CTRL key before clicking on the second, and finally use the coincidence (on a flying window that should appear, or in the property manager on the left of the screen).

Show us screenshots to better understand your problem
At each end of the line you have a point
so if you put his points in coincidence,
you will have a fixing link
