2D Drawing Software

Hello

I am looking for a free software capable of drawing (dimensional and functional dimensioning) of 3D files please at least.

Can you advise me? (ideally an easy-to-use file for which it will be possible to customize the cartridge)

Thank you for your feedback.

Hello

You can look at FreeCad, it's open source and complete, there is also Creo Element Direct Modeling Express which requires registration with PTC.

Kind regards

Hello

I installed FreeCad 0.19 yesterday and watched some tutorials but:

1. I can't remove the snaps and frames around the views. Do you know how to do it?

2. I also didn't manage to put functional dimensioning (perpendicularity, parallelism, localization with respect to reference faces), do you know if it's possible with this software?

3.Do you know if we can customize the cartridge or download other models?

Thank you for your feedback.

Hello

There are also: https://www.onshape.com/en/

Work directly in the site, without installation with the possibility of installing additional and free options

Good evening

I went to the site but I don't see where/how you can make drawings for free from "stp" files

Hello

I'm putting a PDF as an attached file, where I made a quick tutorial to do the important ones and their drawing

I remain at your disposal if you have any questions:)

Good afternoon

Good evening

Thank you for the info and the tutorial. I tested the software tonight and it meets my expectations  in terms of rendering. On the other hand, if I understood correctly, everything we do on Onshape is accessible to all users?

Hello

Yes, the free version and accessible to all users

But I reassure you, in all the projects I've done, no one has ever used what I did:)

The way to have a private corner is unfortunately to subscribe to a subscription which is $1500 per year,
but personally I find that there are already a lot of options on the free version:)
