I just tried again.

I can't reproduce the problem anymore...

So where did the problem come from, then... I have no idea!!!!

To whom the best answer... Big dilemma....^^

No, it doesn't make sense.

No, this is not normal.

No, that never happened to me.

(You'll notice that I'm the only one who answered your questions directly, I'm the best answer;D)

Haha. The magic of non-repeatable bugs from Solidworks...

And again, you didn't contact INF support, to find yourself like a c** with your bug that doesn't exist anymore xD

take my file and convert it to 2014 since you are in 2014

I tried the opposite and modofier x times the thickness and as indicated previously the outer sides are always the same

For the length of the fold, I take virtual intersection outside

For the position of the bent sheet metal I take bending from a virtual intersection

so yes I don't understand why you had this problem

Thank you all,

As you say, this problem does not happen on any of your workstations and only happens to me a few times a month.... But this can be fatal in large-scale production.

When we ask the technical support we are told to reinstall sw... Great trick...^^

So my problem is solved without being solved.... To whom the good point? :p
