2D software

Hello

We currently use 2d raftings in parallel with solidworks for factory layouts in particular.

Draftsight will be paid for from January 2020

Do you have a free intermediate solution? We use very little Draftsight to open, take dimensions, copy paste views exported from solidworks, change colors and line type

Thank you

For your information, I've been testing Nanocad for a month but very temporarily and it does it.

It opens up very complete and heavy factory plans for me and I manage to import on top of my machines.

On the other hand I really only used it at very short notices, but for now it seems to me the best alternative.

Hello, also interested in this kind of software because in the same case as you ... I also test Nanocad it seems to me to be able to open quite large dwg files. For @sbadenis, could you tell me how you get a sketch in dwg from nano to import it into a sketch from Solidworks, because for my part if I proceed as in draftsight, by making a selection then ctrl+c and ctrl+V, I only get an image of this sketch and we get all the lines.
