Is it possible to display the mass of components in an assembly in the name-fence WITHOUT going through an intermediate custom property to create ? (with SW2014)
When I add a column, in the proposed properties, I can't find anything that comes close to it.
If the mass property is in your file templates, you should find it!

No, the mass must indeed be in the personalized properties of your components.
So you have to modify your templates so that you don't have to do it every time.
If you have the MyCad tools, you can use BatchProperties to put this property back on all your files.
