Is excel well installed on these stations?
If yes, try to reset the base Sw profile.
To do this, open solidworks RX and click on the link (temporarily reset SW for 1 session)
If it works with the factory profile, it's because it comes from the user profile.
Otherwise try to import a profile from a functional position. (after saving the current profile)
