If the problem persists, it is not with the profile and if necessary, to restore the old profile you reopen, you delete the profile created when reopening, and you rename the profile OLD as before.
@sbadenis, this tutorial is I think not valid for those who use an administrative image that includes a link to a configuration file that can be configured to apply to each SW opening.
Unless I'm mistaken, it's been available since 2019.
So we start again with a basic installation but according to an administered configuration if it exists. Otherwise yes it resets the settings.
