In manufacturing we will use the additional angle, without making an additional dimension, can Solidworks give the inside angle that will be programmed on the digital bending machine?

Actual bending angle on machine N°1 = 180° - 66.82 ° = 113.18 °
= 180° - 70° = 110° program.
Check out this tutorial, very well explained:
The simplest way as recommended is to do it once and for all in the bendnoteformat.txt file in the installation directory (replace bend-angle with bend-complementary-angle)
On the other hand, make a backup of this file before any modification just in case!

for my part; I automated the complementary angle. To do this, you have to go to Programs==> SolidWorks corp==> SOLIDWORKS==>Lang==> French then you copy bendnoteformat.txt putting original behind it and you modify the other one like these
and that will do it automatically. Attached is the modified file and the annotations will be in French
