Scaling for 3D printing

It's nice @Remrem. It would help me out for this one for sure. But maybe I'm not going to ask you for each of my trailers;)

This will serve as a call signal (again) to my superiors to move a little

An idea like that, to see on your model if it makes sense : I guess you used the welded constructions as much as possible.

In this case, instead of using tubes like 40x40x2 with fillets at the 8 edges (counting the inside) + a thickness that won't be of any use to you (too thin after scaling and printing), replace them (at the level of your welded construction functions) with solid 40x40 profiles without frills.

Of course do this on a copy of your project!! Avoid a monstrous beginner's dumpling! ;)

You could also ask your welded construction to merge the bodies (if you have a fairly recent version of SW!), it will limit the further processing. All this may put you construction defects in all directions, but as it's punctual the time to record in sldprt, it's not necessarily annoying!
