For the past 2 weeks, as soon as I generate a PDF of a drawing, my company logo disappears. Has anyone ever had this? The PDF doesn't hide the logo, I looked in the layers. I didn't change the original image. (Attached is the screenshot of my drawing with the generated PDF. The piece has been removed for privacy reasons)
This solution works, I just tested it. on the other hand, the quality is mediocre. However, I would like to understand what has changed in the last two weeks and correct the problem.
To bounce back on what @Bart said, it often happens to me also when I do a "Save as PdF", I also have lines from my cartridges related to custom properties that disappear, I solved the problem by doing a "Print: PDF Creator".
If that doesn't help, you can try deleting your image and reintroducing it into your document template, sometimes it works.

EDIT: For your quality, have you checked the High Quality Mode display options in your property manager and set the PDF Creator printing options to the maximum?
I removed the logo and put a brand new one, nothing to do, it disappears. I haven't updated the software since we received the 2014 version, so 6 to 8 months. Unless the updates are automatic. No hardware modifications either. The quality ok, I can change it. Thank you team.
The mystery remains unsolved.
If I don't have a solution, I'll use PDF printing.
