I created a part and its drawing, then I created a symmetrical part (right and left flange), how can I follow the drawing

I would say that it all depends on how the Symmetrical version was created...
The most practical would have been to create the symmetry directly in a new configuration of the component. In this case simply add a new view in your MEP and associate it with this configuration.
