Hello
I have an assembly consisting of a sub-assembly
In my drawing, I would like to put a note with the designation (custom property) of my sub-assembly
When I do this, it points to the part that makes up my sosu assembly:(
Is there a simple solution?
I'm on Solidworks 2013
Thank you
Eric

Hello
It is possible to choose by displaying the top-level BOM, the notes display the custom properties of the 1st level (and vice versa).
You can also use the bubble that will retrieve a property of the subset by pointing to the origin of the subset instead of pointing to the face of one of the parts of the subset.

Hello
if you point to the sub-assembly and not to a part constituting it
it is necessary to make a display; origins and succeed in pointing to the origin of your sub-ens
And then you can get the ownership of your penny back.

I'm a little late, sorry fthomas by the time I answer I hadn't seen you
answer.
Hello and thank you for your answers
@ l.prieur the nomenclature is 1st level only, and yet it shows me the properties of the Parts constituting the subset.
I don't think it's related to nomenclature, because I want to put a note
@ fthomas Indeed, it works
@ oroux1 Since the subset is displayed, if I point to a constituent part, it automatically takes the part and not the sub-assembly...
I couldn't find the origin of my S/E
Hello
You have to select the origin directly on the drawing view. A dot appears near the cursor when you point to an origin that is visible on the screen.
You can also use a selection filter with only sketch points to make selection easier, but
Thanks for the info @fgirard
