SW drawing: Problem display font according to station used

Hello

The display of texts, on all the drawings, is different from my colleague's workstation.

Following the use of a new extension, I have loaded my colleague's settings. => Different display.

After searching on the forum, I also loaded the general packaging standard (.sldstd file), retrieved from my colleague's configuration, but that didn't change the problem...

Do you have a solution?

Wouldn't it come from the basemaps that would be different and saved locally? Look in file location where Tool points to\option\file location\Document templates and  and Basemap on each of the stations and if it's different.

Hello

Also check which font is used and if it is present on the 2 posts, it seems to me for example that the font "ARIALUNI. TTF" which was distributed by default with the office pack version 2013 is no longer distributed on the latest versions...

Kind regards

No documents are saved locally.

My colleague also has a home station and doesn't have a problem...

We have the same office 365 version and the font used is Century Gothic, present on the 2 stations.

Have you tried to factory reset before loading your clollegue's profile?

To reset solidworks:

Go to regedit (start, run regedit) and then rename the solidworks folder:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Solidworks\SolidWorks .... depending on the version you want to reset.

Rename to solidwork 2018-old (for example)

When you restart SW, you will have the "factory" settings

And if you want to go back, just rename the new solidworks folder to solidworks old2 and rename the solidworks 2018-old to solidworks 2018.

Hello

A really silly question but have you installed the same version of the font on both stations?

Sorry; I didn't see that this proposal had already been submitted...

Finally problem solved.

There was indeed a problem of the police not present on my post.

ISOCPEUR specific font on the titles of the basemap...

Thank you for your contributions.
