How can we remove the edges of the leaves in a MEP on SW, several at once and not one by one because it's too long. I can't find the trick anymore

It depends on which edges? You can right-click and select tangent edge and tangent edge removed.
Otherwise select them while pressing CTRL and then hiding/showing the edges.
Otherwise make a screen print so that we can better understand your needs

The edges of the fillet are tangent edges.
To make them no longer present by default, you have to go to the "System Specifications / Drawing / Display Style" and in the Tangent Edges frame, you have to check "Deleted".
Then you need to save the document template: "Save as" and then put the Drawing template with the extension " *.drwdot "
