I would like to know the opinion of informed users of Solidworks.
Starting with a simple part with laser engraving marking. The solid is done. The drawing too.
To make a simple modification of the marking, e.g. add a ref and a size, how long does it take for an informed user to arrive at the modified drawing?
Moreover, if this plan is available in 4 or 5 sizes, and the same minor modification of marking must be repeated, this modification is simple to duplicate.

For use outside Epdm and on files that are not too "heavy":
- Pack&Go of the part and its drawing: less than a min.
- Loading of the workpiece and modification of the marking: approx. 1 min. (depending on the SW function used for marking)
- Save the room: a few seconds.
- Loading the plan: a few seconds.
- Reconstruction of the plan: a few seconds.
- Save the plan: a few seconds.
If it is an operation that is repeated often and according to a few standard shots, then it is possible to go through a macro. For my part, I had a somewhat similar processing to do on several dozen 3D + 2D from 5 standard plans, which was done automatically via a homemade program ...
Otherwise, use a family of parts...
