I want to decrease the height of the dimension value relative to its dimension line. (see PC) I can't change it in the standard.
Any idea?

It's not very simple, I'll try to explain to you:
To modify the Standard, you must first start Catia in Admin mode,
To do this, you need to copy the Catia start icon, edit the properties of it, then add -admin in the target field behind the CNEXT.exe command like this:
"C:\Program Files\Dassault Systemes\B31\win_b64\code\bin\CATSTART.exe" -run "CNEXT.exe -admin" -env CATIA_P3. V5-6R2021. B31 -direnv "C:\ProgramData\DassaultSystemes\CATEnv"
Then start Catia with this new icon, then in Catia, you have to go to Tools + Standard, then choose at the top left, drafting and on the right its standard file (For example ISO.xml)
Then expand ISO then Dimensions then choose "Dimension value: Underscore size, vertical spacing" and you change the desired value. and by doing OK you save the file with the modification.
If you work in a large company, you may not have access to this modification, that's what makes CATIA's strength (only Catia administrators have access and therefore everyone works the same way!) but also its weakness, because you can't do what you want.
