myCadplace: how to log in with an existing lynkoa account?

Hello

 

I created a Lynkoa account 2 weeks ago... we are now deploying myCadplace, however when I want to connect to myCadplace with my credentials I am denied access, I get the message: You are not authorized to access this page ? 

I guess I have to link my lynkoa account to that of my company?

Is this normal? Is there any manipulation to be done?

1) Are you the creator/administrator of the MyCadPlace account?

2) what address is associated with Mycadplace?

 

To put it simply, the email address linked to mycadplace must have a lynkoa account. From there, the account holder creates folders and allows the employee to find his way around by inviting them.

To create a mycadplace account, you must create a Lynkoa account. It is this account that will give you access to Mycadplace. You need to know which email address your Mycadplace subscription is linked to.
