Enough to feel stupid, you might as well not get stuck on a problem and ignorant, I'm going for it!
I have an assembly (rather simple in the set) requiring to control constraints (distances more than the others) in the bt to perform simulations
My problem is that when I create my part family in auto, I can't select these constraints, and when I try to make the part family manually, I don't know what to put as occurrence to be able to control these constraints...
I then bow to you, annoying you and asking once again to enlighten me =)
What should we put as an "address" for the constraints and in particular those of distance?
PS: ("Yes, I've been working on the same thing since the beginning! you know, this assembly with a rather strange movement that must be fully updated from a single Excel file programmed in VBA? =).... no I'm not crazy, I promise)
Otherwise, in the excel file of the part family, put yourself in one of the boxes in the second line, then thanks to the feature manager's abbre, find the dimension to be controlled and then double click on it on the screen.
The problem with the first method was that I already had two configurations, one where everything is fixed and with lots of detail parts to make it look pretty.
and another with only the parts needed for the simulation, suddenly, the auto' board was much too big and with I don't know how many useless occurrences =/
