Optimizing the creation of 2D from a model

Hello

I'm having trouble editing an assembly on my drawing updates.
How should we manage the loss of quotation which becomes red and therefore no longer usable.
Can we make an inventory of good practices or settings on the 3D (configuration) that will ensure a reconstruction without deterioration of my 2D models, I place myself in the case of an evolution index no new model, just keep my view layout and my desired functional dimensions.
Kind regards.

Hello spectrum,

And yes, sometimes quotes fail, especially if they are originally placed by hand.
Otherwise to remedy it it will then have to be listed directly on the 3D, it should be inserted into the MEP.

But sometimes the dimension fails as soon as there is a geometry modification made on the 3D, for example an edge that no longer exists, or a part that no longer exists either.

Otherwise, normally all the dimensions from the 3d follow the modification of the 3d.

So in the end if you need this dimension or dimensions to be inserted directly on your MEP, add them on the 3d directly.

There you go.

Hello A.R,

Thank you very much, I will follow your advice and make the changes by adding dimensions on my 3D (make the function dimensions and the indications of D1 dimensions appear in the display options) and watch the beast restore the drawing to me with its update.
I use D1 to understand when creating a family of parts who does what.
I will manage the anchoring of the listing by relationships well.
Have a nice day.
