Recently, when I open an assembly, it automatically puts all the parts in light.
I can't find how to open my assembly normally in solved
From solidworks (not windows explorer) just choose Solved mode before clicking open:

The problem is that it's the light mode that is as in preference
via shortcuts, the opening is done in light, and this has been the case recently.
