SolidWorks Centering Axis Parameterization

Hello

A quick question about "centering axes" annotations and their configuration in SolidWorks drawings.

I want to change the size of the different strokes that make up the mixed stroke.

As shown in the attached image, I want to reduce the length of the large strokes and enlarge the length of the small ones but I can't do it

Do you know a solution?

Thank you in advance for your help,

Sincerely,

Hello;

In the document options for a drawing:

Play with the values of lengths, lines and spacing.
And remember to save your changes in your MEP templates (drwdot) and basemap template (slddrt)

Kind regards.

Hello @Maclane

Unless you contradict  me ;)  the element @techDCM is talking about is not editable.

For this element, only color change is possible by selecting both axes. You can change the length of the two axes in the plane, but neither the thickness nor the style of the line can be changed.

On the other hand, all the other features included in the plan can be defined by default as you indicate, but also can be easily modified in the plan.

Kind regards

Hello Zozo_mp

If I understood the question correctly, techDCM , wants to modify the distance between its mixed features...
If he wants a thin stroke (defined in Line Thickness -the option just below Line Style) he will use an A as a Style letter, otherwise a B to have a Bold stroke...
And for the lengths of lines and voids (the dotted lines) we will alternate the values ... A,0.25,-0.125
And if not to go your way.... well yes it is also possible to modify these axis lines directly by editing  them in the Layout, and there it is also possible to modify the color... but this is only a local modification.

Kind regards.

Hello

Thank you very much for your help.

However, the solution proposed by @Maclane  does not solve my problem.

The latter concerns the distance between the lines in the " Centering axes" and not the mixed lines.

These don't seem to be handled in the same way by SolidWorks.

I continue my research but, as @Zozo_mp suggests, I have the impression that this element is not modifiable.

Thank you in any case.

Kind regards

Hello;

Try this to see...

In Document Property - Construction Lines/Centering Axes...

[HS/on]  Don't tell @Zozo_mp he was probably right.... I'm afraid he'll get a big head after his interview with Coralie ...      ;-) [HS/off]

Kind regards

Hello @Maclane,

Thank you for your involvement, unfortunately I have already consulted this page without finding what I was looking for.

Thanks again,
