Custom parameter attached to a Library function

Hello everyone.

Wishing to create a library function on Solidworks allowing me to know the drilling diameter of a part as well as to show the dimension of the latter, I made a pad automatically created from the drilling diameter and the number indicated on it corresponds thanks to the custom parameter created in the cartridge (image if attached). 

Small problem, when I try to use this function on another room, the number is not displayed since the custom parameter does not exist in this room.

So, is it possible to attach the custom parameter to the library function or do I have to do otherwise? Or can we make a parameter that would be active for all the parts made?  But how do you make it automatic to the drilling diameter?

You probably need to add this custom parameter to your model part file. (the file that serves as a basis for you to make all the parts)

To see its location Tools/File Locations\Document Templates

The problem was that this parameter is linked to a sketch... So how do you add it to a blank file?
