Import template parameter

Hello

 

On Pro/e Wildfire 5, when I import a step or iges part, I have to check the box circled in red to import with the parameters of my template files.

 

What I would like is for the box to be automatically ticked.

I couldn't find the setting in the config.pro.

 

Does anyone have the answer?

Sorry for the response time but I'm in training...

I found the list of all the possible otpions on W5:

On the other hand, I can't find the match to your needs (I didn't take the time either!)

I think you have to look for an option with "start" or "template" in it.
Otherwise, you will have to create a different profile from the default one and have it loaded into your config.pro (option "profile_dir")

@Chamade, no problem for the configuration customization.

I have a config.pro in the Pro/E installation folder and a config.pro in the startup folder.

intf_in_profile_default: Specifies the name of the existing import profile to be used by default.

An answer for CREO 2.0.

First of all, you need to create an import profile:

1. When starting CREO, under Utilities, choose Import Profile Editor.

2. Create your profile and save it in the desired location

3. Point your file to the "intf_in_profile_default" option in the config.pro

That's it.
