Mycadtools (smartproperties) 2014 on 2015 settings?

Does the myCADtools 2015 update include the smartproperties brought to the 2014 setup?  Thank you in advance. Kind regards.

Hello, I don't think so, we should keep the XML files and reassign them in the options.

Hello

Generally, when installing a new myCADtools setup, it is advisable to uninstall the old version of myCADtools, this will result in deleting your settings folders (hence the interest and advice to put all your settings files on directories other than those used for the installation).

If you keep 2 SW installations while waiting to validate the evolution, the setups will be installed in different directories (e.g. myCAtools 2014 and myCADtools 2015) so it is easy for you to copy your configuration files.

Kind regards

Not only do you have to outsource the configuration files of all the utilities (especially if there are several of you using mycadtools)  but also create a copy file of the options via the "Wizard to copy options" utility.
