when I open native Autodesk DXF files, the plans are displayed correctly, but if I want to measure something, it gives me dimensions that have nothing to do with it. In the example, the part is 1000 mm and it shows 25 mm.
The same goes for files from autocad or Revit
I never use DXF as input but this one does nothing but bother me

Hello @Zozo_mp, It is likely that there is a scale factor either directly in the drawing or due to a unity problem (the change from 100 to ~25.4, it makes me think furiously of the in-mm conversion).
Can you share your file, just to open it with Autocad and see what's in its guts?

This is finally a parameter in Edrawing that I hadn't paid attention to.
I naively believed that it was necessarily the dimensions of the original file.
For the problem of the black background you have to change parameters too.
