I advise you to draw your piece as you would like it finished and then you can use the insert crease function.

Insertion==>sheet metal==>Folds

I would like that but with a flat fold and not a pans of this shape extruder as in the attached model.

 

How do I do it?

Ok so you would like to bend the frame and weld just one corner? If that's it, you just have to close your 1st rectangular sketch. You leave a corner open and then you use the folded base sheet function as in the attached file.

or you just do a material removal in a corner and you use the insert crease function

Hello

You could indeed use the Convert to sheet metal function as long as you filled it correctly, you were missing the fixed face, the bent edges and the cut edges (automatic normally).
