The mycadtools utilities only partially work
porjectmanager, batchproperties no longer work at all no selection possible
I'm on SW 2016-01 and MyCadTools 2016
The Axemble hotline no longer answers the question.
Does anyone have a troubleshooting solution

have you ever tried to repair or reinstall SW and the add-in removes old versions while saving the settings; because if you have reinstalled the 2016 versions on the 2015 it can create conflicts.

I tested it at home and it works well, don't you have filters that cause problems?

It works very well for me.
I would try to rename the settings folder: C:\Users\nom_utilisateur\AppData\Local\Axemble
Otherwise uninstall and reinstall.
@remrem: FYI, in 2016 version, the settings are in:
C:\Users\nom_utilisateur\AppData\Local\Visiativ
When launching a tool in 2016 version, it checks if the options exist in the 2015 version (i.e. in the Axemble folder) and the copies in the Visiativ folder
So in addition to your answer, you have to delete the Axemble and Visiativ folders to reset the settings.

The hotline having finally answered (2 days?), my Pb has been solved
after installing SW framworks etc...
and complete reinstallation of what has been disinstalled in reverse order and all work again
