Hello, I can't find a way to create the 3D PDF of an exploded view, is it possible??
If so, how can we do it?

Hello

When you're in exploded view, saving as PDF doesn't work?

Edit: he  has several requests for improvements on this subject:

SPR: 349013
RPS: 688155

Summary: Save As 3D PDF: Resulting 3D PDF shows assembly in collapsed state (after performing Save As 3D PDF on exploded assembly)
Summary: Ability to export Exploded view in the 3D PDF

And it's planned for the 2015 version: "Fixed in: 2015 b3"

This is not possible with an assembly.

The only way is to record your assembly as a single part, and to redo an exploded view.

From there, you can generate a 3d pdf

Alternatively, if it's for a client, you can save as an executable Edrawings (See here: http://help.solidworks.com/2012/French/eDrawings/SaveAsExe.htm)

Then an automatic explode can be done with the E key under Edrawings.

That's what it looks like with the recording technique.

Update adobe reader XI

Logically, you will have the same thing;)

Edit:  Actually, it's just a matter of setting in adobe. like the lighting system or the rendering mode.
