Pdf to be made in a package in Inventor

Hello

In order to avoid opening file by file (about a hundred) under Inventor drawings to make PDFs, I would like to know if you have a trick or a program to make PDFs in one go.

Thank you for your suggestions.

Hello, let's see if it works, put PDF creator in printer by default, then open the printer window (current jobs) and drag and drop all the plans at once. It works with Word.
Otherwise see here: http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/inventor-general-discussion/batch-convert-idw-to-pdf/td-p/2607892

if it's to do bulk PDF printing

Printer Driver is a simple batch printing utility. If you regularly have to open and print a large number of files, this elegant tool can be a real time-saver. Once you tell it which files to print, Driver Print automates the rest of the process.

Printer driver is easy to use. Create a list of files to print. All kinds of formats are supported: Adobe PDF, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Publisher), Autodesk AutoCAD, HTML, SVG, etc.

Print Driver supports exporting file lists, which is useful if the same files will be printed later. After creating the list, select the printer you want to use. Any installed printer, including virtual printers, can be chosen. The only thing left to do is click a button to start the print job.

We are pleased to offer you Free Driver Print for non-commercial use. Download it today and see for yourself how Printer Conductor can streamline your document workflow!

You need to convert multiple drawings ...

TeamSolution's solution: install the Autodesk viewer: DWG True View 2010

does not require installing AutoCADGratuit (Freeware) Download :  link to DWG true view (SetupDWGTrueView2010_fra.exe file) Install : double-click http://www.aplicit.com/blog/divers/visionneuse-gratuite-de-dessin-dwg-et-dxf/

Hello, thank you for your answers and especially gt22!!!

Huge time savings with this software for paper printing and PDF production.

On the other hand, the other link you sent me, is it to convert idw files (Inventor drawing) to dwg?

To complete PL's answer (with PDFCreator)

Once PDFCreatoir is set as the default printer:

- in the Windows file expolorator, select the drawings to be converted,

- right click, print

Thanks for your help with the idw -> dwg conversion via true view of not working.... :(

However, to convert them I went through the task scheduler, and it worked fine.

Thank you again and have a good day!
