Pray?
For once, the message is explicit: it is the machine that is in the red zone.
Therefore:
- Turn off the machine;
- let it rest for a few minutes;
- turn on the machine;
- not launch SW exclusively to the exclusion of any other software;
- Once the template is loaded, limit the number of windows open, exclude in-context edits.
I guess areas of robot action: freeze the robots' movements, do not display the movement zones (which are transparent).
If it continues it's the machine that needs to be modified, maybe you can already increase the virtual memory but, unless you have an SSD, it's going to be very very slow.
What is the configuration of your machine?
What is the size of the model (per evaluation/statistics)?
Otherwise, to empty the RAM, you usually just have to close Solidworks and re-open it. If the message appears again as soon as the assembly is opened, buy some RAM!
Hello
If you often work on complex models, take a look at the speedpaks (link). Reading the description it seems to reduce the resources used by very large assemblies. I never had the opportunity to test it personally.
Kind regards

Good evening
It's a very large assembly considering all the details it has (and even then we can't see everything.)
So apply all the recommendations relating to large assemblies: because there are at least four types of action to improve the thing, including the one recommended by @Gautik67
Including moving to the 2019 version , which handles large assemblies much better by using the GPU more.
It's certainly an apparent investment but if you regularly make large assemblies it is profitable because at 90 € or more per hour of BE, you quickly pay for your update. Because your boss has to understand it.
Since I've been in 2019, a whole bunch of problems on the big ASMs (including the ones you describe) have disappeared.
Kind regards
Just FYI 2019 and great designs
