I work in a team of 6 draftsmen and we are all on SW with PDM. We are all set up in the same way. About a year ago, I changed my PC and since the reinstallation of the SW+PSM pack, when I create a plan or when I am the one who validates a plan (passage waiting for validation > good for execution) I systematically lose the 3 info of the cartridges: Scale / Format / Page. If I open a Fit for Execution plan in SW, the 3 info is there and disappears half a second after opening the plan.
If I have the plan validated by a colleague, these 3 pieces of information come back. They are certainly not essential to understanding the plan, but it is still important to have them, especially for suppliers who need precision. As a result, I don't validate plans anymore and it can become problematic during periods when no one else can validate.

I checked the links of the cartridge templates and I have the same ones as my colleagues. We think that there is a conflict with the language because my SW was installed in English and according to the IT company hired by my employer - who did the installation - we can't change the language after the fact, we would have to reinstall SW entirely as well as the PDM (half a day at a distance). I also specify that I can't do anything on my own in terms of software installation because everything is subject to an admin mdp that can only be used by an IT manager of my employer.
Also, when checking the map settings in custom, the Scale / Format / Page lines do not appear and it is impossible to add them by doing Edit List.
I don't know where to look anymore and it's really very specific I have the impression, if anyone knows, thank you in advance

You have to start by seeing what you have as a property call in your backgrounds.
Normally it should be this for the scale:
Note: you have to " Edit text in window " to see the $PRP: " SW-Sheet Scale " when editing
You may have the French translation $PRP: " SW-Echelle de la feuille " in your background plans.
Using the English version in your templates should solve the problem for you (and shouldn't normally have any impact on your colleagues: test a new version of your basemap and do a rollback if it's a mess for your colleagues).

Nb: I think it's not for nothing that SW has added the basic text in English in parenthesis on recent versions (2020 already has it): to be able to easily change the name of the property call in order to have a universal thing simply. The ' funny ' thing is that the French SW2020 aid has kept the old syntax: without the translation in brackets.
The translation in parenthesis allows you to have a universal thing (line 2 below in the image that works while line 3 bugs).

Remake a template of your own by recreating those formulas that don't work, give them to your colleagues and see if they read them
Thank you very much to both of you for this precious information. It's already incredible to me that you have put your finger directly on the problem.
After reaching the edit area (not without difficulty because it is empty and you have to find it), I was able to modify the property call by adding the English text in parentheses. It works as long as I don't get out of the background editing. As soon as I go out, the information disappears. It's also for this reason that we don't see the Size/Format info below because it's on another block and so ditto, if I'm not in it the info doesn't appear.
My colleague modified the source template in the same way and it gives exactly the same result: I open a random plan, I update the template link (here A3), the info appears only if you go to the background plan and click on Edit.
I did Ctrl+B and Ctrl+Q, saved the plan, archived, closed, reopened and then extracted again. It doesn't want to.
By making a new plan, it's the same thing.
It seems that there is something else that is blocking.

Just a clarification, when you say block. The grade is in a block?
It seems to me that they are not recalculated automatically so you have to put the note directly in the background plan

This may be the source of the problem because in our country the notes are in the live background (and not in a block that would be on the background).
And I wanted to put blocks linked to my library in my map backgrounds via this checkbox that I just read to be able to update the cartridge more easily

On my side, the title block is a block inserted into the basemap with the link kept so that all the plans taken in editing are automatically updated if the cartridge block is modified.
Never had any problems updating the notes contained in the block.
The important thing is to define the attributes!!

So for you the blocks (containing $PRP) work well in the basemaps and your basemap updates automatically when opening if it has ever been modified between the time of creation of the plan and its reopening?
I thought it was a good idea to put blocks linked to the file in the basemaps and a confirmation from you would be welcome.

All this does not solve the problem of the friend @Valentin_Unic_SA ...
Does your format, scale, and n/n page information call property values and its properties call default properties (SW-...)?
Example:
In the drawing properties: Format = $PRP:" Sheet Format Size "
In the block: Note = $PRP:" Format "
If yes, check the properties in the file after opening.

My colleague and I tried all your advice and nothing worked, until I tried the left-hand column " Attributes " in which the property calls are actually found: even though I modified these properties in " edit text in the window ", they were not modified in the " attributes ". So I applied the English texts in parentheses and it worked.
I modified each attribute for each block concerned, as well as for each cartridge template on our server: it's a success! Here are some pictures to illustrate the process, if it can help other people
That's the problem solved, and we agree there's nothing logical or well thought out in the operation of this mess O_o
Indeed, it went over because there was an exchange with a video that dealt with an issue that seemed more targeted for froussel, so I paid less attention to it. Also, defining the attributes without really explaining that they can also be found elsewhere than in the edit in the window, it's not very clear. The use of screenshots is really more telling. But thank you for taking the time to help, we just misunderstood each other
