In a mechanically welded assembly, I put colors to the tubes, at the level of the body, (plus being + light in the workshop) But with each modification of a tube, or even of its sketch, I lose the colors, but not on all..., on the other hand it's always the same ones that lose their colors! I only put one color, at the level of the body, and nothing else, because I thought for a while about priorities on appearance levels, but it doesn't come from there.
Appearances on mechanically welded people are hell... Are your "Colors" Appearances or materials? See if it wouldn't be the "display states" that are causing a mess.... Try to delete them if you don't use them, or, at least, not to link them. Check that you don't have two overlapping bodies, this sometimes happens with miter cuts (or when selecting construction sketches) use the transparency and/or the Up Resume bar (the blue one), gradually moving up the features, to identify them more easily.
These are appearances, not materials I don't have overlapping bodies, and I only have one display state... What's weird is that not all sets are bugging, on some, the colors remain
But when it bugs, it bugs all the time and always in the same way Kind regards
In this case, I would go more towards 'Remove appearances from Assemblages'.
On the main assembly, but also on the Sub-assemblies.... Note: Be careful to use 'Remove' and not 'Delete', even if the latter is reversible (CTRL+Z) there is still ... violent. Kind regards
No symmetry or repetition, just groups of welded mechanical profiles. It did it to me again this afternoon, but now all the bodies have lost their colors mystery.... or bug A+
Hello everyone, So I'm going back to my post because I found the answer by chance In fact, you just have to uncheck the "transfer material" box in the mechanically welded functions.
