I can no longer use BatchConverter to convert files that are on our network:
I launch SW (2022), I can open files that are on the network.
I launch BatchConverter: It launches a new Sw...?? It's already weird, there's one already open
I no longer have access to the network via SW and I no longer have access to the network with BatchConverter...???
Help!
Do you have a solution to this PB?

Try dragging and dropping your files to be converted directly into BatchConverter.

I haven't tried with a single file to convert but until now I managed to drop a csv file to have the list of all the files included in an assembly (parts and drawing) but it doesn't work anymore...

What is the error message?
Is the drag and drop file in Batchconverter visible in the window?

I was in 2023 sp1 and everything was working fine 1 month ago.
This week it doesn't work anymore...
MyCadtools 2024 was installed on Wednesday.
No error message: just unable to access the network.
If I take a file, it doesn't drop into the Batchconverter window.
You should reinstall the Mycad set as an administrator. Having taken care to uninstall the current version properly:
(Manually delete all "Visiativ" files and directories; Mycad; MycadTools; Axemble...)
Also purge your registry of all entries (Visiativ; Mycad; MycadTools; Axemble)

I think the problem is more with the SOLIDWORKS installation.
To resolve, you can perform a repair of the SOLIDWORKS installation without Windows UACs.
You can also do this: SelectFileAndFolder remains frozen when inserting a file
