Motor coupling part

Hi all

I want to couple two DC motors for an experiment, but I can't find the part that would allow me to do this commercially. So I want to 3D print it because I have access to a printer. But then comes a second problem: I know very little about Solid Works (I learned to handle it in practical work but never to create parts). The part I consider seems very simple to me, would there be a charitable soul willing to model it for me on Solidworks (a little Christmas gift?)? If not, give me advice on how to make it? I had thought about changing the dimensions of a bolt...

Here is the document in question:

It is like a bolt, hollowed out in the center, only the hatched part is solid.

Thank you all and Merry Christmas!

Happy Christmas

Hi friend gt22

You didn't put a locking screw on one of the two axes!

Is it voluntary :-)

Hi @ Zozo and happy Christmas @ you too

The application is without locking screws

See drawing attached by the applicant

so I did without ;-)

if necessary a drill and tap for fastening

or spring between support washers on both sides and it's the motors that are fixed

I don't know +

have a nice day @+ ;-)

Redo a diagram on the C side that is not very complicated

It seems pretty crazy to mess up like that

Ok sorry I'll start again. I was able to print the part this morning, it fits but there is a little too much play. So I'd like to try to redo it by changing the dimensions a little bit, with a=7.7mm. But I still don't have access to Solidworks, do you mind changing just that in the previous room? Thank you very much for your time, it's really nice and it helps me a lot!

I give a picture of a diagram on the coast:

Thank you again!
