Solidworks multibody part

Hello everyone, here I simply want to make this piece in 1 single body. I can't do it at all. I can't clean it either. I tried to save it in different formats but nothing helped. I'm on SolidWorks 2024.

Here is the piece recorded in 2022 and in assembly too.
Item16 2022.SLDPRT (1.1 MB)
Item17.SLDASM (1.0 MB)

Hello

attached is a tutorial I made a few years ago
Create a part from an assembly for easy .pdf simulations (3.8 MB)

The advantage of this way of doing things; This is because the part created from the assembly remains linked to the assembly. If you modify a part in the assembly, the part created follows with a CTRL-Q or the bicolor (rebuild) light when the assembly is opened.

So I managed to make the part in 2 bodies but I think I can do better. Here are the documents.
3.SLDPRT Test Assembly (886.6 KB)
Test Assembly 4 2022.SLDASM (444.2 KB)
The tutorial given helps a little I find myself between 7 bodies and more than 2 bodies but it's not crazy yet.

If 2 bodies do not merge, it is because they do not cross each other. Make sure the remaining 2 bodies have at least one area in contact.

Isn't there a solution ( recording under step and then opening in another drawing software to combine everything ? )

If the part is created, to combine bodies (provided that they have a common area, as said before), there is the function... combine
Menu insert>functions>combine.

Well the problem is there in part I think. (what an idea to draw on solidworks) ...

I think it's more the way used to model the part than solidworks that was perhaps not the most relevant.
Now that it's done like this, we need to make the bodies touch, either by adding a discrete bridge-body or by shifting 1 or 2 vertices.

Precision; A common edge or a common vertex (vertex) is not a valid contact area to combine 2 bodies (see image). They have to touch each other via 2 faces, or they have to cross each other.

These models create 2 non-fusing bodies:

These models can form a single body:

Hello

Why not start from the room, and remodel it properly?
You use it like a skeleton by inserting it into a room.

Or alternatively, just try to save as and choose the sldprt format.
