You activate the layer bar if you haven't already, and on the right of this bar you have a little layer management logo.you create your layers and then you select the writings, you select the layer you want to put it in and then you go back into the layer management logo and you decide which one you want to display or not.

To start, you need to add at least two layers (by default Solidworks creates and puts everything on the "Default" or "FORMAT" layer). We're going to say you've created the "French" and "English" layers
Add a note, type your text in French and assign it to the "french" layer in the property manager.
Add a new English note and assign it to the "English" layer.
To show or hide the desired layer, go back to the table by clicking on "Layer Property" and play with the visibility. For printing, be careful to display the correct layer.
