Soldworks crash

Hi all

When I try to change the scale of a plan or uncheck the "Show Baseline" box on my drawings, SolidWorks crashes.

He gives me the following message: "Solidworks has encountered a problem and must close".

What to do?

For information, I have SolidWorks 2016 and I'm on an HP Z440 computer

Kind regards

Which SP of SW2016 if inferior to sp5 update to this vertion if not attempted a solidworks repair.

Where can you see your SP?

In the menu at the top, press the ?

and then click About Solidworks

So, I switched to the SP5.

Same problem.

So I did a repair of solidworks and still nothing, do you have any ideas?

Kind regards

Hello

Do you have a large assembly with parts that have shared functions??? If yes, you can activate the blocking bar in rooms that are being rebuilt

This problem happens to me even on an empty sheet, without any view, related to any assembly.

Do you have another functional position or is it your only position?

If you have another functional position, try copying the solidworks profile. (see link below)

http://help.solidworks.com/2012/French/SolidWorks/sldworks/Copy_Options_Wizard.htm

Otherwise more radical can be retried a complete installation of solidworks after a clean uninstall with a cleaning of the existing folders.

This is the only position.

I'll try to do that when I have a little more time.

Thank you for your help.
