Lynkoa points expire

Hello

I asked this question to the lynkoa contact but didn't get an answer so I propose an open question:

I recently noticed that 390 points were removed not globally but for the shop on my account because "expired".

I couldn't find any information about the expiration of the points. I was planning to keep them to give me something nice even much later.

Could someone tell me how the validity period of the points works?

Thanks in advance

Thomas.

Hello

There have already been open questions on this subject. I believe the last one is this one

http://www.lynkoa.com/forum/propos-de-la-validite-des-points

Points are valid for 12 months.

Edit: sorry, @s.b was a bit faster...

Hi @ thomas

in theory from what I understood

Your earned points are guaranteed for 365 days

so if you have been deducted points you must have been registered for + 365 days

but since this is not your case there must be a problem

to see with @ Clémentine

Ok thank you all for the explanations!

My answer to the question http://www.lynkoa.com/forum/propos-de-la-validite-des-points

Hello

For your information, from the Lynkoa (http://www.lynkoa.com/cgu) Terms of Use, details on the use of points:

Points are earned in 4-month periods

January to April

May to August

September to December

Points earned during one of these periods can be used in the gift shop for the next 2 periods.

Example :

30 points earned on January 2, 2014

30 points earned on April 8, 2014

That is 60 points acquired over the period from January to April.

These 60 points are to be used in the gift shop before January 1st , 2015

Let's reopen the debate a little.

In the T&Cs, it is also marked:

"Points are valid for 12 months"

For me, points earned on April 8, 2014, if they are valid only until January 1, 2015,

That's a validity period of 8 months and about 20 days ...

This is a far cry from the 12 months announced.

Hello Thomas,

You will find the information at the bottom of the page in the general terms and conditions of sale.

Regards.

Rectification: General Terms and Conditions of Use

Hi all

Sorry we have a problem with emails on the site.

Points earned between May and August 2013 expired on May 1, 2014.

Points are valid for 8 to 12 months.

@Clémentine

As indicated above by @Lucas and @s.b., in the rules it is written that

"Points earned during one of these periods can be used in the gift shop for the next 2 periods.

Example :

30 points earned on January 2, 2014

30 points earned on April 8, 2014

That is 60 points acquired over the period from January to April.

These 60 points are to be used in the gift shop before January 1st, 2015"

So some points have a validity of 8 months!!

@Benoit.LF

According to what Clémentine has just said, I think that the T&Cs will be changed for the proper respect of the minimum 12 months.

I have just made a point.

The T&Cs are accurate. The points you lost on May 1st are the points earned between May and August 2013.

Points have a validity period of 8 to 12 months.

@ Clementine is there a problem in your message above?

@+ ;-)

Yes,

Now, we even lose the points before we have won them.

At least that way, they will fit into their gift budget.
