I have been a customer for a year and found more problems with mycadtools then solutions. roughly 10% of the reports worked in material takeoff. Help was poor at best. Now - since my account lapst, I CAN NOT uninstall the software - Errors with « Account already exists » and re-installs the app.
Support without an account does not exist.
