Same problem, you have to post very regularly 2 times because the 1st failed without submitting an error message.
And also the problem of language that changes by itself (switches to English or rarely to German).
It's quite painful for the 2 bugs.
Maybe @Coralie will go through this and can confirm this problem or see if the problem is general. ;-)

It also happens to me when I take longer to finish the answer. But I found a solution. I always copy the message before I hit publish. Then, if necessary, I stick it in the window for a new shipment.

@soring same thing and as I take my time to answer this happens to me often! On the other hand, I also sometimes forget to copy the text and that's the drama...
