Why does my cad learning not appear in my community

my professional Solidworks  license should allow me to use my cad Learning, but it doesn't. It does not appear on the left side in the my community section like my colleagues. Please let me know how I should do it to appear.

To be confirmed, but MyCadLearning has nothing to do with the SolidWorks Professional license ;

To access MyCadLearning, you need MyCadServices Premium access

 

Do not hesitate to contact your reseller for the correct confirmation of the licenses you have subscribed to.

Indeed, I confirm that you must have subscribed to the myCADservices Premium subscription. If your company has subscribed to this subscription and you do not see access to myCADlearning, it is because the email address you use to connect is not that of your company. Contact your company's administrator on the myCADservices website so that he or she can link you to your company. Or modify your Lynkoa account to put an email address attached to your company (like your colleagues apparently).

You have 2 identifiers christophe.rabany and crabany. I advise you to contact the hotline so that they can solve the problem. Does using the ID of one of your colleagues work?
