Hello
I waste a lot of time placing a part marker bubble and then selecting it to change the text of the tooltip to "custom property" and then "REP" below (REP is specific to our company).
I would like everything to be put directly on when the marker is placed.
If anyone has a solution, I'm all for it. Thanks in advance
Hello
In the drawing template options, in the document properties under the annotation tree, select balloons and then there are the text options.
Choose Custom Properties.
yes as say @ Cyril.f you do one then ctrl+c and ctrl+v
may the force be with you.
Thank you great masters I test this I keep you to the juice
If I didn't take the wrong path:
Tools > options > properties of the document > annotation > balloons > text >"at the top: custom properties" and just below I only have proposals starting with SW (like SW-Long Date), but when I go to click directly on my balloon to modify it I can select in addition to the "SW-XXXXX" properties the custom properties added by my company.
The dark side beckons me to join him
If my memory serves me correctly, you have to fill in the system options for the file locations, the folder for a custom properties file in which you have to put a text file containing the properties.
He then makes the association and adds them to the list.

Do you have a little detail on the way to access the system options?
Tools> Options... > File Locations
From the drop-down menu select: Custom property files
If there is already one configured, just drag in an extension file .txt containing the custom properties of the document templates (one property per line)

Of course, I'm in it, I don't have a file already present though, I'll look at how to create one.
Thanks in advance;)
Attached is an example (an excerpt from ours)

You can also put this bubbling function directly in the backgrounds.
The slddrt files that you import when you create a new drawing, just create custom ones and put this bubble directly. You open a "standard" drawing, you go to "tools -> "Option" -> "Document property" -> "Annotations" -> "balloons" and in the text options all you have to do is put "custom property", "REP" and you save the drawing where you want it in format ". DRWDOT".
If you create a new folder for your drawing, remember to put the location of the file in the "system option" -> "file location" -> "basemaps"
Each time you open this drawing your bubble will always return the information "REP". But all users who will take this drawing format will have these bubbles.
You can also create special Document Properties and load them with a macro button.

@mandragore: I just don't have "REP" in the annotation drop-down list once I'm in the document properties, that's what's strange.
@Cyril.f: I'll try that during the day, I'll keep you posted.
In the meantime thank you for your patience, it's a pleasure
Indeed, in this case you have to create a style of bubble in favorites.
You go to the bubble, you choose the options you want, or you go through "Custom properties" -> "REP" and you save the style in the favorites. Otherwise "Text" -> You enter " $PRPMODEL:"REP" " in the box below and you save.
With the second solution you can fill in several model references, REP, name, material ...
Then you just have to pre-save this favorite in the bubble function on the DRWDOT.
I couldn't find a better sorry
