For your request, you have to look at the design offices for example or do a search on the criterion "SCAN for CAD" or "SCAN for CAD"
Look at how much a small scanner costs, or even your mobile phone https://www.3dnatives.com/application-de-numerisation-3d-mobile-25082020/ (it depends on the accuracy) because a service provider is expensive.
A service provider you will be in hand, it already costs you 200 Brouzouffes ;-)

Find out about the service.
For having done so, a scan gives you an stl or obj file that is almost unusable under solidworks (graphic file). It then has to be reprocessed, and that takes an extremely long time.
FYI look at the artec and geomagic design scanners, you can have a software in demo for testing. Even if you don't do it yourself, you'll have an idea of the work.
Depending on the complexity of your part, it can be more or less long.

We have already worked with a scanning service of a building. The service provider did all the scans and provided us with software to be able to measure on his scan.
We didn't get a point cloud that could be used on solidworks but the possibility of measuring in the scan so we had to redraw everything. Basically, it's a side check on the spot but in the office.

I would say that you have to specify, if it is a room or a building, the measuring equipment will be different and the price will also be different.

Yes, this is part of a factory, not a room.
The aim is to model part of the existing to adapt a future new unit.

As @OBI WAN has already said, for a building, you should not expect to recover a 3D. The file is a point cloud with integrated photos that can be used using software provided free of charge with the subcontracting service in order to measure the lengths on the software. The whole thing therefore needs to be redesigned but does save time compared to a large survey.
Otherwise, some service providers provide a 3D that can be used at the end of the scan (with processing by the subcontractor) but this is not at all the same price as a simple scan with a point cloud which for my part is more than enough to redesign the environment of the study.
To choose the service provider, you have to look in the region where you want to do your reading, with the criteria (BE subcontracted scan already mentioned above by @Zozo_mp
