Problem bending a part

Hello;

I have a part that is causing me a problem. I want the two ends to be connected together to form a circle. I looked for a solution but nothing worked. Can you help me please?

Thank you in advance.

Hello

Here is the piece with two configurations. One curved and one unfolded.

 Hello ac cobra 427,

Thank you for answering my call. The piece is fine but the teeth must be on the other side. How did you do it?

In fact, you generate your sheet metal part of the thickness 0.5 and 40 in height as in your case, then you make two configurations and you manually add your notches.

Oops it's logical for a belt... In fact I first make the sheet metal part of 1.75 thickness and 4mm in height then I create the second config and I manually place the notches in each config...

Thank you for correcting the strap. But I don't understand your explanations. Please explain in more detail.

Thank you for your help.

In fact, I create an open circle sketch with the length of your dev and I constrain it, then I use the sheet metal function by giving the thickness 1.75 (0.5 the core of the belt and 1.25 the notches) then the height of 4mm and there the part unfolds. I create another unfolded configuration or I unfold the belt, I do the material removals and do the radii abrc the leave function then I do the same in the bent configuration, i.e. material removal then leaves for the spokes.

What is the price of sheet metal?

Look at my tutorial, the principle is the same except that you make a circle and you don't need to make the 2nd sketch...

Hello

Forgive me for not answering you earlier, but I had an oral exam.

So I tried but I still can't do it, even with your tutorial. I block at the step of making the semicircles to the right size and placing them on my sketch.
