Assembly display problem

Hello

I take the liberty of asking for your help because I am facing a display problem when I handle a small assembly in SW2022.

Basically, I'm in "stopped in shaded image mode" mode (see screenshot display 1) and when I manipulate my assembly (rotate, zoom,...) my display switches to wireframe while I'm still active in "stopped in shaded image mode" mode (see screenshot display2).

It may be a problem with the settings in the SW options but I can't find which one.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Nicholas

Hello

I found this setting in the system options, can it help? or you have a graphics card problem!

Hello Fred,

Thank you for your feedback but unfortunately I have already tested this setting and I have no improvement.

I also did the diagnosis and maintenance with the SOLIDWORK Rx 2022 and also the performance test which seems more than correct to me (see screenshot)

Hello Nicko!

Without really certainty, but when I see "CITRIX" I think of process virtualization and therefore indirect access to the resources of the graphics card of your workstation.  This may be a lead (To be discussed with your system admin),

Good luck.

@Agorey69: Thank you for your feedback, I'll share this with my info department because it's beyond my skills.

@Sylk: Thank you for your suggestion, I tried to change these settings but nothing helps, I still have the problem.

The graphics card and drivers are compatible with solidworks? To be checked in solidworks RX.
