Problem accessing drawings not present in the cache with BatchConverter (3DExperience)

Hi all

I am looking to use BatchConverter to easily extract all the drawings, STEP and PNG images files from my 3D models, in order to integrate them into our ERP. However, I run into a problem: BatchConverter only seems to process files that are already in my machine's local cache.

This means that drawings that are only located on the cloud are not considered during the search. I haven't opened all the drawings on my machine, which severely limits data extraction.

Have you ever encountered this problem? Do you know of a particular solution or configuration for BatchConverter to access files directly from the cloud without going through the local cache?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hello
Have you tried selecting a folder from the cloud.
If it recognizes the files, it should work.
FYI between each try it's better to close and then reopen batchconverter

Hello;

It seems that not all Mycad tools are compatible with the 3Dexperience:
(Also be careful with the version of Mycad tools you use - From memory you must have a version higher than the 2022-).

The " Limitation Compatible" tools allow you to browse documents in the 3Dspace of your 3DEXPERIENCE tenant to process them, but the result will be locally on your workstation and the modified files cannot be updated in the 3DEXPERIENCE.

It says to click on the 3dExperience logo from batchConverter:
